The P1 offers drivers the highest level of protection. They are the thinnest available on the market, meaning that the required kart seat size is not affected by the addition of the protection. Inside the product, carefully formed, highly technical composite panels distribute the load perfectly over the entire ribcage and always retain their shape even on a hot day. The outer surface graphics layer does not damage expensive racing suits, and the internal anti-shock foam contributes to an ultra-high level of load being distributed across the entire ribcage. An inner Lycra layer provides a comfortable, abrasion-free surface for the driver, even when wet from sweat. The adjustable chest angle means that the P1 can easily fit both straight and V-shaped torsos. At the front, the fixing strap has double elastic sections that help the driver breathe, while retaining exactly the right tension to protect the ribs. The shoulder harness is elasticated so it does not lift up the protector when riding and has a clean and effective adjustment method allowing for much greater height adjustment. The P1 has a wide range of 7 size models, to suit the smallest child through to the largest adult rider, with a special ladies version also available. There is also a choice of colours: red, green, blue, orange, black/silver, black/gold.
