FINE EXHAUST TEMPERATURE SENSOR ONLY

Install this thermocouple 150mm (5.90") from the exhaust port to accurately measure temperatures ranging from 0 to 1832°F (up to 1000°C).

Metric M5 (5x0.8mm) threads allow for compact mounting. An included weld nut is required. This thermocouple is fitted with a K-Type (2-blade flat) connector. Some AiM MyChron4 2T and MyChron5 2T karting dashes and some MyChron3 and MXL auto dashes have the corresponding connector on the sensor harness. These dashes can use the MyChron K-Type Thermocouple Breakout Cable (part number MC-203-01) to extend the range if required. The AiM TC Hub and all MyChron karting dashes (except the M4-2T and M5-2T) require the MyChron K-Type to 3-Pin 712 Adapter Cable (part number MC-008-01).

MyChron XG-Log and EVO4/EVO4S loggers will require the 712 Type K to 4-pin adapter cable (part number MC-208-01). All other AiM loggers and dashes without a Type K socket require the AiM Type K to 719 adapter cable (part number MC-221). We also stock replacement M5 thermocouple mounting nuts (part number MC-018) to move the thermocouple to a new exhaust pipe.
