BENGIO AB7 LADY RIB PROTECTOR

Building on the already established success of the BUMPER and following the changes in the sporting scenario, BENGIO technology is now evolving towards the new AB7 Lady BODY PROTECTOR , the first rib protector in the BENGIO family approved to FIA 8870-2018 .

According to regulations, the size must be chosen in reference to the user's height and then in correspondence with the proposed chest circumference measurement.
It is also recommended to test AB7 RIB PROTECTOR using it in the riding position.

Thanks to the new closure system designed and registered by BENGIO, the rider can put on and adjust the rib protector easily, quickly and safely, guaranteeing the standards required by the FIA ​​and ensuring that the fit of the protection remains stable while driving.

Standard side protection is integrated with elements protecting the sternum and back to achieve seamless safety in which the entire thoracic area finds adequate protection and comfort.

Back protector: Impact resistance tested to 100 joules
Chest protector: Impact resistance tested to 60 joules
Rib Protector: Impact resistance tested to 100 joules

The FIA ​​standard requires that during impact the energy transmitted to the body does not exceed 1kN. The AB7 tests obtained results that far exceeded the required standards.

The use of composite fibres guarantees the highest standards of resistance and safety in the event of impact even after countless uses. The highly absorbent rubber inner lining allows the dispersion of shocks and vibrations to which the chest is inevitably subjected during driving.

The AB7 Lady's configuration allows for greater adherence to the body in all parts. The new shape of the side shells ensures a better fit when the rider is in the riding position, while the elastic straps allow for a fit that can be adapted to any body type.
